Claverack Bills and USPS Delays
We have had numerous calls from members over the last few weeks with reports that they are not receiving their Claverack bills in the mail. We have contacted our billing company, and they have confirmed that all bills were processed and sent to the USPS. The delays throughout the USPS are due to unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.
If you have not received your bill, you have options:
- You can call our office at 1-800-326-9799 and get the balance due, then mail your check directly to the office at: 32750 Route 6, Wysox PA 18854. (please include your account number on the memo line)
- You can use the pay by phone option by dialing 1-877-853-6463 (the last 4-digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number is the PIN)
- You can pay online using SmartHub by visiting our website at www.claverack.com. Select the PAY BILL option. (SmartHub is a great resource for your Claverack account. You can check your daily usage, report outages and sign up to receive text and email alerts - check it out!)
