The health and safety of our employees, members, and the communities we serve remains our top priority as the world continues to take steps to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Keeping our employees healthy is critical in order for us to provide safe and reliable electricity to our members. In light of this, we are closing our office to the public effective immediately. We remain available for emergencies and to restore power outages.
To report an outage or dangerous situation, please call 1-800-326-9799.
- Payments can be placed in the secured drop box to the right of our main entrance at the Wysox office. Be sure that your name and account number are included. Any cash payment over the amount due will be credited to your account. A receipt will be mailed to you. Check and money order payments are encouraged.
- To make a payment by phone, please call 1-877-853-6463. Your pin = the last 4-digits of your social security number.
- To access your account, pay your bill or report a power outage using SmartHub, please visit our website: www.claverack.com
