Claverack Reminds Members of the Importance of Payments to Accounts
We understand the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in hardships for many of our consumer-members. Although we have temporarily suspended the application of late fees and service disconnections due to nonpayment, we want to work with our members in order to avoid future termination of electric service due to unpaid bills.
If you know someone struggling in this area encourage them to:
- Stay in contact with us concerning any past due account
- Consider applying for our HOPE assistance program through Trehab (see below)
- Contact the county assistance office regarding LIHEAP Recovery Crisis Program eligibility
