What a Great Day at the Wyoming County Fair!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Claverack REC's Member Appreciation & Information Day on Friday, Sept. 4! With beautiful weather, great conversations, and plenty of fair food, it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the members we proudly serve.
We registered 1,448 memberships, representing 2,459 members and guests throughout the day!
Members enjoyed informative presentations on:
- Understanding the impact of data centers
- How Revolution Broadband's fiber investments are strengthening both internet and electric services
- Cooperative updates and industry challenges
One of the day's biggest highlights was a brand-new High Voltage Safety Demonstration, where attendees learned important electrical safety lessons from Claverack's linemen!
We also want to congratulate Diana and Scott F. of Tunkhannock, the winners of our $500 bill credit drawing!
Thank you for stopping by the Claverack tent, visiting with our employees and directors, and helping make this year's event such a success. Special thanks to the Wyoming County Fair coordinators and staff for all their help!
