The load data sheet is to be used for single-phase services (320 amps or larger) or for any requested 3-phase service. Please call our office at 1-800-326-9799 to begin a new feasibility request; the representative will ask that you complete and return the attached form using the options listed on page 2 of the form. This information will be used by our engineering department to properly size your requested service.
