Contractors from American Energy Services will be inspecting poles in the following substation areas:
- Vernon
- Osterhout
- Oxbow
- Brooklyn
- Monroeton
Calls will be sent to members in the designated area to alert them that they may see personnel working around the utility poles on their property. Workers may be on foot or driving ATVs. All will be equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to perform their inspections safely and efficiently. The inspections are being conducted to assess the condition of Claverack's poles and to verify that they meet industry standards.
Contractors will be driving trucks with Claverack's logo. They will be wearing reflective vests and hard hats and will carry Claverack contractor ID badges; they will not need to enter your home.
