One student may be selected from Claverack's group to apply for the Youth Leadership Council (YLC) based on this application and video submission.

Each Pennsylvania cooperative chooses a representative, and interviews are conducted at the beginning of our tour in Washington, D.C. One student is then selected to represent Pennsylvania at the YLC Conference held in Washington, D.C., at the NRECA Annual Meeting, and as a Junior Youth Tour Chaperone the following year. 4x6 or 5x7 high resolution jpg image or scanned photo at high resolution of 300 dpi or above.
