2026 Annual Meeting

CLAVERACK'S 89th ANNUAL MEETING

Claverack Rural Electric Cooperative will conduct its 89th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, July 22, beginning at 12:00 PM. This business-focused meeting will be held at our Wysox headquarters and broadcast online.


During the meeting, you will hear reports from your board chair, secretary/treasurer, and CEO. We will share important information about the state of the cooperative, including Claverack’s financial health and the strategic direction in the coming years. The best part is that you can join us from anywhere, making it more convenient for you to participate. The online meeting will also be recorded and posted on our website (see link below).


We value your questions and feedback, recognizing them as an integral part of our Annual Meeting. To ensure your voice is heard, please submit any questions prior to the meeting by emailing them to questions@claverack.com by July 10. Just for YOU under the Claverack Tent:
• A featured presentation by Steve Brame, President & CEO of Pennsylvania Rural Electric Association and
Allegheny Rural Electric Cooperative
• The latest updates on Revolution Broadband and Claverack REC operations
• An update from President & CEO Steve Allabaugh on the state of your cooperative, followed by a Q&A with leadership
• A special presentation of our new Safety Trailer at the horse arena at 5 PM
• Opportunities to meet & talk with members of the Board of Directors and cooperative employees
• Informational booths and presentations throughout the day
• A $20 bill credit, $30 in fair food vouchers & automatic entry into a drawing for a $500 bill credit per voting
membership. Drawing will take place on Tuesday, September 8, 2026

Registration begins at 10 a.m. under the Claverack tent (closest to the North Gate) and continues until 7 p.m.* Your Registration Card was included with the annual meeting notice and director election information that was mailed at the end of June; please remember to bring that with you, as well as proper photo identification. (If you have misplaced your registration card, please bring your photo ID and account number to the registration area.)
